It brought a new, hybrid model to the market: long term housing for students, short stay accommodation for professionals and hotel rooms for travellers combined with co-working spaces and restaurants under one roof. The Solution

In 2012 The Student Hotel reached out to SPX to help with its ambitious plans and ask for creative support. Over the course of 2 years SPX worked as the extended branch of The Student Hotel’s marketing team creating spatial, print and digital design for both online and offline projects. SPX delivered diverse B2B and B2C marketing materials, campaign and social media creatives, web design and print materials.
